Role Summary:
Technical Support Agents resolve technical issues over the phone for our customers and enhance our customer's experience by consistently exceeding their expectations. We are committed to providing 100% satisfaction to our customers as well as a rewarding and friendly environment for all our employees.
 
Principal Duties:

  • Resolve customers’ technical phone queries promptly and efficiently providing customers with a solution via troubleshooting techniques.

  • Maintain an up-to-date level of product and procedural knowledge

  • Contribute positively towards the achievement of performance targets in all aspects of the team’s activities

  • Maintain target levels of productivity and performance

  • Escalate outstanding customer queries in line with company procedures

  • Support a good team and working environment through assisting fellow employees and participate constructively in team meetings

  • Undertake duties of a general nature, or additional tasks, as may be required from time to time by their Team Leader

  • Feedback any trends to their Team Leader
