Lead and motivate agents on your team to achieve agreed team and individual performance metrics

Monitor your team’s performance and identify any training and development needs

Act as a role model and build a culture of customer commitment within the team

Create a two way flow of communication to ensure that relevant information is given to team members and that the team have an opportunity to give feedback

Support the development of successful behaviours and skills within your team through constructive and timely feedback, one to one meetings and the implementation of development plans

Support team members in the achievement of their career goals through career planning discussions

Create a positive working environment within the team, maintain motivation, morale and performance of the team

Deal with escalated customer issues within an efficient and professional manner to ensure issues are closed out

Proactively seek to keep up-to-date with all information relating to AOL - members, products, services and all AOL internal tools, processes, procedures and working practices

Undertake duties of a general nature or additional tasks as may be required from time to time by line manager or the business
