Responds to members' queries promptly and efficiently, and in accoradance with Company procedures.

Replies to member emails, faxes and letters as requested by Team Leader/Manager and in accordance with department standards.

Maintains an up-to-date level of product and procedural knowledge by being attentice to and acting upon information

advised in e-mail update, team meetings, training and other briefings.

Maintains, at a minimum, target levels of productivity and performance, as outlined by Team Leader.

Escalates outstanding member queries in line with Company procedures

Helps maintain a good team and working environment through assisting fellow employees and participating constructively in team meetings

Promotes and upsells new and existing AOL Broadband products on all customer queries

Undertakes duties of a general nature or additional tasks as may be required from time to time by Team Leader or Manager
