Role Summary:
Customer Service Agents work as part of a team to resolve customer telephone queries and enhance customer experience by consistently exceeding their expectations. We are committed to providing 100% satisfaction to our members as well as a rewarding and friendly environment for our employees. (Minimum 20 hours per week over weekends and evenings. Opening hours 8am - midnight 7 days)
 
Principal Duties:

  • Resolve customers’ inbound phone queries promptly and efficiently

  • Maintain levels of productivity and contribute positively towards performance targets, as outlined by your Team Leader

  • Promote a good team and working environment and participate constructively in team meetings

  • Escalate customer queries in line with Company procedures

  • Feedback customer trends to your Team Leader

  • Maintain an up-to-date level of product and procedural knowledge

  • Undertake duties of a general nature or additional tasks as may be required from time to time by Team Leader or Manager

Personal Skills:

  • Candidates will ideally have previous experience in customer-orientated or sales role(s)

  • Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships

  • Basic PC Skills

  • Excellent problem solving abilities 

  • Ability to work towards targets

  • Excellent written and verbal skills

  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
