AOL Broadband, the leading online interactive services provider in the UK, is pleased to announce the appointment of Heather Roche as General Manager UK & Ireland for the TalkTalk Group. AOL Broadband was acquired by the Talk Talk Group in 2006 to help the group expand their broadband offering in the UK. In her new role, Roche is responsible for the management and performance of AOL Broadband's Contact Centre in Waterford, as well as seven customer service sites in the United Kingdom. Roche's role will also entail strategic planning to ensure ongoing growth of the business and customer retention.
Since joining AOL Broadband in 1999, Roche has held several leadership roles in the company and has a proven track record of success within fast paced, high volume, multi-disciplined contact centres across Ireland, UK, India, Canada and Holland.
