March 20, 2006 - AOL Waterford has teamed up with Manor St. John Special Youth Project to provide a €3,000 outdoor equipment grant and PCs for its ongoing youth development activities. Manor St John provides innovative learning and education activities for young people, with a particular emphasis on outdoor and team pursuits.

The equipment grant and PC donation will benefit young people from ages 8 up to 25 in the Larchville and Lisduggan areas of Waterford. “AOL is very involved in helping organisations to improve facilities in the local area. Manor St John is very dedicated to building skills among a young group of people and is making a real difference in Waterford,” said Elaine Connolly, Communications Manager, AOL. “We are delighted with the support from AOL, which will provide us with outdoor activity equipment, including watersports and improved PC facilities”, said Maria Begadon, Manor St John.
